Rhythmic Movement Training

Welcome to Medau Movement, a unique approach to exercise that takes inspiration from the body’s natural movement and integrates music, sport, gymnastics and other activities for a healthy body and mind. Our unique rhythmic movement training provides holistic benefits to each member, allowing you to feel more connected with yourself.

Suitable for all ages, abilities and skill levels, Medau offers everyone the opportunity to enjoy and take part in a fun exercise in a social environment. 

Our rhythmic movement training classes are run across the UK, using a range of small, light-weight hand-held apparatus to help focus each person’s coordination and develop their core strength.

Not only is Medau able to be enjoyed by everyone, but it also benefits both the mind and body. Medau, is a type of rhythmic movement training which is formed from music, sport and gymnastics. Each class incorporates music and organic movements to engage the mind and allow each person to take greater control over the body and their thoughts.
